In the event of a lockdown in Austria from Monday, November 22nd, 2021, all reservations for the announced period of lockdown will be automatically canceled and payments already made will be reversed. It is therefore not necessary for you to send us an email. Please note that this can take a few days. You can always find the latest information here on our website.

On Tuesday, September 13th, 2022, our shops Fashion, Lifestyle, Outdoor and Sommerberg will be closed for a team building day. Our shops at the valley station and glacier are open for you, but with reduced staff. Thank you for your understanding and patience in case of longer waiting times.
