Rental regulations for sport Nenner rental
Good cooperation with our customers is important to us. Therefore, we would like to ask you to take a close look at the rental rules for our ski rental in Hintertux / Tux and to observe them.
We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to a good cooperation.
The Sport Nenner rental rules (summary):
- The rental object is handed over after full payment of the rent.
- Please have an official ID ready when you collect and return the rental item.
- We kindly ask you to pick up your rental property in a Sport Nenner rental shop within our business hours at the beginning of the rental agreement. The rental object can be picked up the day before from 3:00 p.m. without any additional costs.
- The rental item must be returned to a Sport Nenner rental shop on the last paid rental day during opening hours. The return is free of charge until 10:00 a.m. on the following day. In addition, the full day and each additional day will be charged.
- You can exchange your rental object once for a rental object of the same quality / category. This exchange is free of charge.
- For an additional charge, you can exchange your rental property for another rental object of a higher category / quality during an upright rental contract.
- The transfer of the rental property to third parties requires the written consent of Sport Nenner.
- The rented property must be stored properly to avoid confusion, loss or theft. As a customer, you are in particular obliged - as far as possible and reasonable - to use ski safes, ski depots, security locks or lockable and / or guarded facilities / premises for the safekeeping of the rental object.
- The rental object is to be treated with care by the customer. In the event of culpable damage to the rental property or culpable excessive wear (e.g. damage to the treads and edges of skis and snowboards caused by driving over stones), the customer is obliged to compensate Sport Nenner for the damage.
- As our customer, you have the option of taking out additional insurance for cases of slightly negligent damage and theft of the rental property.
- Unfavorable weather or other disabilities do not exempt you from paying the rental tariff. An exception applies to injuries and illnesses, only on presentation of a medical certificate.
