How does boot fitting work at Sport Nenner?

Boot fitting is not a show, but a process that requires an experienced boot fitter. Together with your boot fitter, you select a well-fitting shoe model (first fit), then you work together on the details that will maximize your skiing enjoyment and comfort. 

Most customers head straight to the slopes after the initial adjustments to gain experience with their new boots. You share this feedback with your boot fitter so that fine adjustments can be made until the boots fit perfectly. After 1-3 feedback loops, your ski boots will be tailor-made and optimized for you.

How does the 100% fit guarantee work?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ski boot. When you purchase the Premium Fit Package along with your new ski boot at Sport Nenner , all necessary adjustments Sport Nenner included. Within 3 possible days of skiing* from the date of purchase, you must decide whether you are satisfied with the ski boot or not. 

If the boot does not fit, you can either switch to a different boot model or return the ski boot and receive a refund for the price of the ski boot. The €150 for the Premium Fit package is non-refundable – you can, of course, keep the customized sole.

If you exchange your device for a higher-priced model, you must pay the difference. If you exchange your device for a lower-priced model, you will receive a credit.

* What is a "ski day"?
If you take the boots out on the slopes on the day you buy them, that counts as your first ski day. Otherwise, the three-day period begins the next day. For example: If you buy the boots on Monday morning and go skiing right away, you can redeem the Fit Guarantee until Wednesday evening. If you buy the boots on Monday afternoon, you can activate the guarantee until Thursday evening.

What is the free fine adjustment after one year?

Sometimes, during the next ski season, your ski boot may feel tight in a place that didn't bother you last year. This could be due to changes in your foot, but it could also be related to you. In this case, minor adjustments to the ski boot are necessary to restore comfort and performance. When you purchase the Premium Fit Package, these adjustments are included for one year from the date of purchase.

Do I have to add a boot fitting package when purchasing shoes?

No, all adjustments can also be booked separately. However, we recommend at least the Active Fit package, as a customized sole is essential for comfort and performance. 

How is the total value of €250 calculated?

The total value is calculated using a model calculation. These steps are usually necessary for successful boot fitting.
