We all want to be treated fairly & fairly.
Fairness is a basic need that we as humans rightly demand. However, I have the impression that, especially in difficult situations, fairness is often neglected. Pushing them aside for a moment is far too easy. Fairness is fundamental, especially in working life when teamwork and collaboration are important. Currently, with inflation and labor shortages, we have two issues that, when combined, can directly lead to lasting unfairness.
You wonder how?
Inflation forces us all to earn more or to tighten our belts. That's not fair, because none of us diligently working people in the valley caused it. In addition, there is somehow a lack of qualified workers everywhere. Unfortunately, it has not only come to my attention once that new employees are paid much more than loyal ones. And while that is quite legitimate for the individual and may lead to a more numerous team in the short term, it also leads directly and permanently to injustice.
It is all the more important as a company to find answers to these challenging questions. One thing is clear to us: We want these injustices in not our company.
We have been working intensively on the BGF project for almost 2 years now COMMON DENOMINATOR with our team, our structure and fairness. We are making great progress in this regard. I believe with the deepest conviction that we can only overcome the current challenges if we all pull in the same direction TOGETHER. And this is exactly where we will be involved from October 1, 2023 #fairness, our future-oriented, fair and transparent salary & career model, at.

The roles at Sport Nenner are clearly distributed. Overall, our

Team Supporter: in
As a team supporter, you help wherever you can. You gradually look for your department in which you excel and there you have the opportunity to advance to (specialist) consultant.
(Specialist) consultant: in
As a career changer, you start as a consultant and develop further to become a specialist consultant. You come from the sporting goods trade, then you start directly as a consultant.
There are many opportunities to develop yourself further and become a real professional in your field. Are you looking for a special challenge? Then, with the necessary zeal, many paths are open to you!
Area manager: in &
Area representative: in
As a division manager and his deputy, you excel in your field. You have a high degree of decision-making leeway and as a division manager you also take on management tasks. Your area of responsibility and tasks is diverse and still close to the customer!
#Competence
competence and experience play a key role in retail. This is exactly why we demand and encourage specialist knowledge and experience. In a further expansion of our salary & career model, you will therefore be able to further increase your salary by acquiring valuable skills.
#responsibility
Responsibility sets you free! And is nothing to be afraid of. With additional scope for decision-making, you are the master of your own area and actively help shape it! For example, are you a natural IT talent? Then use your skills and take on additional tasks in the IT area! This also has a direct effect on your salary in the new #fairness salary & career system from Sport Nenner. In addition to IT support, there are of course many other options open to you!
#loyalty
loyalty and reliability are the be-all and end-all in a challenging environment! The longer you help shape Sport Nenner, the more everyone benefits from it. Loyalty is therefore an integral part of our salary and career model.

This is how much time our team spends in the shops every year and achieves great things in the process. This is exactly why our #fairness salary & career model is fully committed to our team in the local shops.
100% Surcharge
In retail, Sundays and public holidays are paid twice (100% surcharge). As a rule, this supplement is an important part of the regular salary.

At Sport Nenner, my base salary is at least 40h/week
€ 2,350 - € 2,550 gross
and is therefore always well above the collective agreement!
In addition, I have many opportunities myself*1 increase my salary noticeably by:
- #Competence: Utilizing continuing education and specialization opportunities to become a luminary in my field
- #responsibility: Taking over your own area with your own scope for decision-making
- #loyalty: As a loyal Sport Nenner employee, in addition to anniversary payments, I also receive a fixed bonus on top of my basic salary
- #career: There are always opportunities for advancement - as a department representative or department manager, all doors are open to me
My usual monthly salary*2 is even higher due to surcharges on Sundays and public holidays and is therefore on average between
€ 3,002 - € 3,249 gross

*1 We are only at the beginning: In a personal conversation we would be happy to inform you about the possibilities that will open up in the next few years!
*2 Explanations for example: We have calculated a realistic example, assuming a basic salary of € 2,350 - € 2,550 at 40 hours per week and a 5-day week in which people regularly work every second Sunday and public holiday. Holiday and Christmas bonuses are not included here and of course they are added! The example serves to create better comparability in practice. That way you know what to expect. We would be happy to discuss this in detail for your case! Please note that this is a non-binding estimate based on the applicable tax for 2023.
*3 Holiday & Christmas bonus: In Austria there is holiday pay and Christmas bonus (13th and 14th salary). If you want to compare your gross salary internationally (especially with Germany), you have to compare the following monthly salary: € 3,371 - € 3,658 gross or € 2,502 - € 2,680 net.
