I have been dealing with the topic of the working environment for years now. And somehow this term "work-life balance" always crops up. The relationship between work and life should be balanced - and the more "life", the more "balance", say many.
The problem is that you can't separate work from life. Because very few people say that they have no life at work and no work in life. For me, work-life balance is therefore a myth or a misconception. I like the term "work-life integration" better - it's about "bringing everything together so that it just fits".

Bringing everything under one roof
And reconciling all of this is sometimes an art in itself. For this to succeed, you need fair companies and energetic team members who work together to reconcile everything. It's actually quite a normal, self-evident thing, isn't it? At least you would think so...
Fairness is needed to ensure that working together works: fairness in pay, mutual fairness in vacation and leisure planning, fairness to each other and with each other, fairness to the employee and the company. In my opinion, this is the basis for cooperation and collaboration to work at all.

At Sport Nenner , we have therefore been working intensively on #fairness in recent years, precisely because we want to reconcile everything together with you. The result is impressive: We have
- a transparent and fair salary system
- Clear rules
- considerate and fair duty and vacation planning
- Fair employee benefits
- Mutual appreciation
- and much more
